National Concert Hall cancellation and other news

There are 4 messages in this newsletter:

1.

Firstly thankyou so much to all of you who wrote in with messages of sympathy to Carole  - she is reading them and it gladdens her heart I know to read them all.

Unfortunately we have to announce the cancellation of the National Concert Hall Dublin for May 15 as Carole's dad's funeral service is on May 14 in London.  We will re-schedule this concert for another date in early 2010.

 

2.

Maria's Harvey Nicholls Latin Jazz evening now officially starts on Thurs next May 21 at 8pm. We're running it for a month to see how people like it and will then review to consider continuing it.  If you like it ...we'll keep playing!

A new date in the calender for Maria with the excellent Johnny Taylor on piano in this cute new little theatre bar restaurant on G st, Dublin.

And of course playing al fresco during the summer, weather permitting in The George every sunday afternoon, George's st Dublin at 4-  6.30 pm.  Afternoon tea and cakes, cocktails served. Some of last week's performance may be going up on YouTube this week..
